Find the restaurants of your choice by cuisine type, names, area, road, intersection, promotion options, reputation, popularity, age, authenticity, wireless Internet access, average price and so on.
You can also search for dishes, jobs, BLOG or chef names (via our unique auto text-suggestion box in case you are not sure how to spell what it is you are looking for). There are many search functions unique to OhYummy.com.

Restaurant Listings
After you get a list of restaurants (or dishes, chefs, jobs and BLOGs), you can narrow your search results by choosing one of the filters at the top of the search list.
This will bring up a result based on your criteria with basic information on the restaurants (such as logo, address, brief introduction and shortcut key) to browse the restaurants of your choice.
You may also bookmark the restaurants by clicking "My Favourite Restaurant" link or "My Watchlist Restaurant". With any restaurant tabbed "My Favourite Restaurant", you will automatically receive their promotions, special events and news which will automatically go to your calendar in OhYummy.com. You can also plan your restaurant visit in advance, and we will also send you the daily recommended restaurant based on your lifestyle, choices and needs.

Study Restaurants
Study the restaurants by going through their :
- Profile pages (to have clear understanding of the service, price, ambiance, theme, space rental, order types, cuisine types, location, parking information, driving direction, strength, wireless Internet availability, etc.)
- Promotions and special events (such as daily specials, themes of the month or season, flyers, electronic coupons, discounts, auctions, etc)
- News on the restaurant calendar (such as upcoming events, broadcast and restaurant hours)
- Menus ( to see member price, food material, ingredients, preparing chefs, popularity, ranking, browse the BLOG articles on dishes, experts' recommendation , food order suggestion, food knowledge, etc) You can also see the comments of previous customers who have ordered the dish to use as reference for your next visit.
- Quick food selection feature (recommended dishes, popular dishes, most ordered dishes to help you expedite your ordering), restaurant newsletter ( where you can read old releases, and subscribe to future newsletters )
- Promotions (such as flyers, auctions and electronic coupons to collect for you to collect (and even use via your cell phone!) )
- About us (restaurant's history and stories along with restaurant's BLOG)
- Chef Information (to see the chefs in charge and who is preparing your dish - know their experience, life, awards, strength, famous dishes and contact information, etc)

- Customer Feedback and Input. This is the most important feature of OhYummy.com! (to see restaurant performance and other useful information for your reference, such as value, service, speed, cleanliness and quality, via true dining experiences and real-time restaurant feedback from customers who have eaten at that restaurant. NOTE: in order ensure accuracy and credibility for diners and restaurants alike, one must have eaten at the restaurant in order to submit feedback.

Place Your Order
You can order your food for "take out", "delivery" or just plain reservation ("dine-in").
You can place the order by clicking the "Order" button on the restaurant profile page. You will be asked for some basic information such as reservation date/time, party size, occasion, and your contact information. Then you may choose the table of your preference (by viewing the virtual Restaurant Floor Plan) depending on availability.
You will be able to customize your meal with special requests such as for a wheelchair or high chair, table location, service requests, or even choose the VIP room. At the end of the ordering process, you even have the option to send invitation cards with a greeting message and driving directions for your guests. Organizing an event has never been this convenient.
You may cancel your order and reservation by going online to your profile (after you log-on to the site and go to your Order History page). An email and SMS will be sent to you for the confirmation notification. If a restaurant cannot accommodate your reservation or order, you will receive a notification from them as well.
You can comfortably walk into a restaurant with your reservation records on your email or cell phone, and display it to the restaurant.If you collect a coupon on our site and use it, you can simply apply it and enjoy the discount while checking out at a restaurant or when paying for a food delivery. With a little help from OhYummy.com, you receive customized service and personalized treatment to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Feedback System
This is the most important part of OhYummy.com. Your participation is crucial in assisting others to eat better. Your reviews and rankings make possible the kind of peer to peer service that makes us unique.
One hour after your dining event, you will receive a thank-you card and feedback request letter from our system with your order or dining information.
You can fill-out the feedback form and tell everyone what you think about your restaurant experience or about a certain dish in particular. . Please share a basic rating of your experience.
You will also be able to create shortcuts and bookmarks to your YummyBLOG space for the restaurant (in My Restaurant BLOG Space) . In your BLOG space, you can further express your thoughts and opinions, such as going into more detail on a particularly interesting or tasty dish.
The length, depth and style of review you write in your BLOG is up to you. The guidelines are not set-in-stone; more than anything, YOU make the website happen. Your contributions influence others in their decision making, and everyone wins on the long run.
However, you should know that we are creating an incentive system (yes!). For every time you contribute, such as filling out a feedback form or writing about a restaurant on the YummyBLOG, you will get rewards. More rewards are possible for popular or well-written reviews as rated by your peers.
